Our preferred path to customers is through retailers promoting our products. Our Sealux Portal buy-on-line facility is restricted to Great Britain and areas not serviced by our retailers. If you have difficulty sourcing our products locally, please contact us detailing your postcode and preferred tile retailer and we will revert with the name of our nearest stockiest.

Ireland

Sealux is sold through the majority of Tile Retailers and Builders Merchants in Ireland. By ‘majority’ we mean not just McDaids Superstore up in Buncrana and Whites Tiles down in Skibbereen, but most good retailers in between !

Sealux is not available through Irish DIY sheds.

Customer Advice

When choosing a seal don’t accept throw away comments like ‘we get no complaints’ as sole evidence the seal is ‘fit for purpose’, such circumstances should suggest a flaw in the suppliers vetting process.

Reputable retailers will generally offer product data to substantiate ‘fitness for purpose’ and promote products that meet British Standards where such recommendations can be applied.

Being offered a ‘soft lip’ sealing strip as an alternative to Sealux is being offered a product that not only fails to meet British Standard recommendations, but a product Sealux believe has such inherent design flaws that many suppliers have changed their Trade Description to bath trims rather than seals to avoid litigation.
